Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Newcastle International Language Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality online education. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.

Cancellation by the Student
You may cancel your course enrollment within 3 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided that:
You have not attended any live sessions.
You have not accessed more than 10% of the course material.
After the 3-day period, no refunds will be issued except in special cases (see section 3).

Cancellation by the Academy
If NCLEdu cancels a course for any reason (e.g., low enrollment, technical issues, or instructor unavailability), a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.

Special Refund Requests
Students facing unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) may request a refund by contacting us at support@ncledu.uk.
These requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and supporting documentation may be required.

How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Student failed to attend or complete the course.
Violation of the academy’s terms and conditions.
Sharing or misuse of course materials.
